These have been designed for the 2000-2004 2.7L and 3.2L Boxster, but they will fit the 97-99 2.5L. The difference is that these mid-pipes will eliminate your Catalytic Converters and most probably trigger the check engine light, additionally this will also be a problem for emissions. If you're using your 2.5L for racing or track these can be a good addition. For daily drivers, check engine light and emission are issues that you will have to be deal with.

Made of Mandrel Bent T-304 Stainless Steel, 50mm piping diameter and Heat Shields to protect surrounding parts from heat.

Designed to replace the Catalytic Converters Mid-Pipes on the 2000-2004 Porsche Boxster 2.7L and Boxster S 3.2L. These Mid-Pipes will eliminate your second set of Catalytic Converters. There are no check engine light issues, the O2 sensors get their readings from the primary catalytic converters on the headers.

They have also been designed to fit with factory primary headers and factory muffler. So even if you change only the mid-pipes these will fit, gaskets and hardware are included. For fitment with other aftermarket exhaust part, we cannot guarantee perfect fitment, if your aftermarket exhaust parts use the same flanges as the factory flanges chances are that these will fit with your aftermarket exhaust. We only guarantee fitment with OEM exhaust parts and NHP Exhaust Parts.

The factory Mid-Pipes with Catalytic Converters are very restrictive and may cause loss of performance. These Mid-Pipes have a larger piping diameter, the outside diameter is 50mm versus 40mm diameter on the stock mid-pipes and there's also a total 8 lbs reduction versus stock mid-pipes.

You can expect a better sounding exhaust when you install these mid-pipes since that the catalytic converters will no longer it will result in a better sounding exhaust.

Our Mid-Pipes quality and fitment is superior versus the competition, we have the correct shape and bending, they aren't simply bent in L shape they follow the factory bending.

There is a 5-Year warranty included for the original owner against any manufacturer defects, the only parts not covered for 5 years are the heat shields and the heat shields come with a one year warranty.
