By far one of the most popular exhaust muffler for the Boxster The NHP Exhaust 986 Muffler V2, a Performance Muffler for the Boxster 986 with the least Cabin Drone, most aftermarket mufflers for the Boxster produce annoying cabin drone, our produces very little, normal & acceptable levels that are not annoying, this muffler gives you a beautiful Sports Sound, constructed of high quality T304 Stainless Steel this muffler is a straight through pipe design, there are no internal baffles, this muffler was designed to fit without any modifications on the 2.5L, 2.7L and 3.2L Boxster.
Twin 3 inch exhaust tips that are designed with an angle towards the inside of the tips resulting in a real sporty look, the muffler cans are protected with two beautiful heat shields that will protect your mufflers and obviously give this muffler a killer look, these grills can be seen in the rear of the Boxster and it only adds to the beauty of this Car.

This Muffler is constructed with a super heavy duty 3mm thick gauge bracket that will sustain the vibrations from the Muffler, additionally two “OEM Style” brackets that can optionally be used to secure the muffler to the catalytic converter pipes just like the factory setup.

Muffler Weight is 22lbs the stock muffler weighs 36lbs there is a 14lbs weight reduction.

The sound at idle is very nice just a little growl nothing annoying, when you step on it that's when you get a superb sound. We invite you to review the video below.
