NHP Exhaust Cat-Bypass Pipes X-Pipe Design for the Porsche 996, these will fit all 996 Models C2, C4, C4S. The X-Pipe design will produce a deeper exhaust tone compared to the crossover pipes and will produce most of its power on the higher RPM band. If you wanted a cheap upgrade for sound and HP Gains these bypass pipes do the trick, you will improve the sound of your exhaust and get some HP gains, typically cat-bypass pipes with get you an additional 10 HP. The exhaust sound is fabulous with the cat-bypass. The factory catalytic Converters are very restrictive and if there’s one place you should start working on when improving the exhaust system it is the catalytic converters that require the most attention. The NHP 996 Cat-Bypass Pipes fit like a glove, they mount like the originals and O2 sensors fit perfectly like the originals.
We have also designed this X-Pipe with one adjustable flange, this design allows this X-pipe to be installed with any aftermarket headers without fitment issues. The reason is that we built our parts according to the factory mounting points, sometimes aftermarket parts may have slight different angles and may cause problems when fitting other exhaust parts, with our adjustable flange its a perfect fit all the time regardless of the brand for the rest of the exhaust system.

OPTIONAL, if your factory sleeve clamps that connect the catalytic converters to the mufflers appear to be very rusted and may need replacement take a look at our sleeve clamps.
They are made of Stainless Steel and will last you a lifetime, don't pay more elsewhere get the best here.
Important Information: These pipes are not street legal, they are meant for off-road use only, they are widely used in racing, installing these cat-bypass pipes will cause the malfunction warning light to come on your instrument cluster, you can install our 02 mini-cats bung to help avoid a C.E.L or an ECU flash will correct this issue.
