If you're looking for a deeper exhaust sound that's when the X-pipe design comes into play, because of the x-pipe design the exhaust is extremely well balanced because each bank uses its own pipe to push out the exhaust, the sound is deeper and more aggressive than the traditional design . The exhaust sound gets even better when matched with our NHP performance mufflers. If you plan to use these with the factory mufflers of course you will get a nice improvement over stock exhaust sound. These 200 Cells Catalytic Converters in X-Pipe Design are built to perfection and will fit perfectly due to our unique design that allows for flange adjustment, one flange is adjustable so that this x-pipe can fit with a variety of exhaust headers from stock to any other brand, because of slight differences of all aftermarket headers these will adapt easily and provide perfect fitment regardless of the brand of exhaust headers, a high quality clamp is included to lock the flange in place. Our NHP X-pipe is built with the finest 304 Stainless Steel around, your 02 sensors will fit right in at correct positions, the welds are exceptional and they come with a 3-year warranty, we also equip these with tri-metal 200 cells high quality catalytic cartridges therefore you don't have to worry about any check engine lights, and yes these will pass emissions. The X-pipe design will give you a deeper note, in fact as far as sound these sound better than the traditional design and will pick up most of its power gains at the higher RPM band, the traditional design which also sounds good will pick up most of its power at lower rpm's . Both are very good, but again for sound the X-Pipe design has the edge.
