This Kit is convenient for those who wish to relocate there Oil Filter elsewhere in the engine Bay, the remote adapters will allow you to do so.

Oil Radiator

Made entirely of aluminum , this will last a lifetime will not corrode or rust, very efficient core. Cooler core made up of 19 Rows , 11 1/4" x 5 1/2" x 2" overall measurements, core size 10" x 5 1/2" x 2" . -10AN fittings Inlet/Outlet..

Stainless Steel Braided Oil Lines

7/8" outside diamater, hoses will resist high temperature in engine bay , will sustain over 200psi . All fittings are crimped on to ensure no leaks. Hose end fittings are female -10AN . All 3 Hoses are 3.4ft (40 inches) . All 3 hoses have straight fittings at one end and 90 degrees at the other end.

Oil Filter Remote Adapters (Please read all information about this part, it is important to make sure that it will work for your setup)

Made of CNC machined Aluminum they are not cast pieces which are inferior to CNC Machined parts, these are high quality parts. This is what you need to relocate your oil filter. The kit includes a block off plate, a remote adapter plate and all the hardware needed. The block off adapter will install in the place of your current oil filter on the block and the remote adapter will be mounted where it is most convenient for your setup. On the remote adapter there's 2 machined 1/8 NPT ports to mount oil sensors for oil gauges or oil feed for a Turbo or a Vtec conversion. A universal mounting bracket is also included for the remote adapter.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE BLOCK OFF PLATE FOR YOUR ENGINE BLOCK

The Oil Block Off Plate comes with two block fittings 20x1.5 and 3/4x16 , we also have a 13/16-16 that is used mostly on GM Cars but you must request that fitting as an option it is not automatically included in our kit , the 20x1.5 and 3/4-16 fittings that are included will work on most Import Cars including Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru, Lexus, Infiniti, Porsche , Honda, Acura, Isuzu and much more. If you own a Ford, GM or Chrysler please inquire first so that I can verify if one of our fittings will work for you. Lastly this oil cooler kit will not work if you have a cartridge type filter like on some BMW, PORSCHE, VW VR6.

O-Ring Seal diameter on the Block off adapter is 2.5 inch ID* and 2 5/8 inch OD* which means that the sealing surface on your block must have a diameter of at least 2.5 inch if smaller it will not work.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE OIL FILTER REMOTE ADAPTER

The Oil Filter Remote Adapter can only accept Oil Filters that have 20x1.5 Threads, which means that regardless of the application you are installing this kit on you will have to use the included OIL FILTER with this Kit. The Oil Filter Included is an high efficient Oil Filter that is an OEM Oil Filter on the Honda S2000 we have found that this filter will work best and it can easily be purchased at any Honda Dealer for future Oil Changes.
