Shipping Information

For Canadian Customers

In order to find out what the shipping fee will be you must e-mail us with your full address for a quote, if you choose not to e-mail us we will charge the actual posted rates on ups.ca or canadapost.ca

Insurance is optional, if package insurance is denied we will not be responsible for lost package or damaged packages. You must indicate if you want insurance or not during checkout process.

VISA/MC PAYMENTS
Our cart does not calculate any shipping fees or sales tax when you place your order, once you place your order we will collect the information on our secure server and we will charge the card for the product price + shipping fees +sales tax. For more info on Canadian Payments please click here.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS
If you choose to pay via paypal our cart will not include the shipping fee and tax fee, we will then send you a paypal invoice requesting shipping fee + applicable sales tax.

All of our shipments to Canada are not subject to any Duties or Brokerage Fees.

For Canadian customers we ship via Canada Post or UPS and include a tracking number. All shipments ship from Montreal, Canada Postal Code H1Z 1B5. We ship daily. Once your product ships you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. All shipments with a value of $250 or more require signature on delivery. If your order is paid with a credit card we ship to the billing address only.

Due to the complicated price structure from Canada Post and UPS for Canadian addresses we cannot provide a shipping price until we process the order, we will charge posted rates on Canada Post or UPS website, Customer not to worry we will not charge inflated shipping prices.

Shipping Options

Insurance is optional, the first $100 are covered at no charge, every additional $100 of coverage cost $1.50.

All shipments above $250.00 require a signature the signature cost is included in our posted shipping rate, this fee is $2.60 and already included in our posted shipping rate of the value of the item is $249.99 or more.

If you choose to have your order sent COD an additional fee of $12.00 applies.

For UPS Express for Saturday Delivery an additional $19.00 fee applies.
