User accesses this site at his or her own risk. The site is provided on an “as is, as available” basis without warranty of any kind and any and all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement are specifically disclaimed. Maxspeed-Motorsports shall not be liable for any loss resulting from use or unavailability of information or content on this site, including but not limited to lost profits, loss or damage to data, or any direct, indirect, special consequential, compensatory or incidental damages, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This disclaimer is applicable to any damage or injury resulting from negligence or omission of Maxspeed-Motorsports, computer virus or other similar item, telecommunication errors, or unauthorized access to or use of user information through theft or any other means. Maxspeed-Motorsports is not liable for criminal, tortuous, or negligent actions or omissions of third parties that affect this site. In no event will Maxspeed-Motorsports be held liable for any tortuous or illegal conduct of other users. In no event will Maxspeed-Motorsports be held liable for any damage to equipment, hardware or other property of user or personal injuries that arises in connection with use of this site.

Installation and use of our parts.

Maxspeed-Motorsports shall not be liable regarding the use and installations of its products on street legal vehicles or any other vehicles, the products being sold on this website are intended to use on racing vehicles. Maxspeed-motorsports highly recommends that the products being sold by Maxspeed-Motorsports should be installed by a qualified installer. Maxspeed-motorsports will not be responsible for any warranty voids caused by the installation of our products. Maxspeed-Motorsports shall not be liable for any injuries, damage to a vehicle or property damage caused by the installation of parts sold on maxspeed-motorsports.com. The use of any Maxspeed-Motorsports product is the sole responsibility of the end user. Maxspeed-Motorsports will not be held responsible for any labour costs incurred for an incorrect part that was received, it is your responsibility and the installer’s responsibility to verify and make sure that the purchased part is the correct part for your application.

We at Maxspeed-Motorsports are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you share with us. Maxspeed-Motorsports will never share or disclose any personal information we have collected from our existing or new customers.
Wherever your Personal  Information may be held within Maxspeed-Motorsports.com, we intend to take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the Personal Information that you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Maxspeed-Motorsports.com is not structured to attract children. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 18 years of age.
Any financial information we receive to process credit card payments is solely used for payment purposes, once Maxspeed-Motorsports has been paid for its products or service we destroy and delete such information from our secure server.

We allow a 14 day period after receipt of your product to return it. If something should go wrong we strongly encourage you to contact us with your concerns or problem and we will do everything to try and fix the situation for you.

We will accept your return under the conditions outlined below:
Product significantly not as described i.e. wrong color, wrong part sent, product imperfection. In such case we will send you the correct part or replacement part and cover shipping fees both ways . We will send you the correct replacement, no cash refunds.

Wrong part ordered. If you made a mistake with your order by ordering the wrong part. We will replace it with the correct part, you must pay shipping both ways. We will send you the correct replacement, no cash refunds.

For all other reasons such has "I changed my mind", "My car got stolen", I wrecked my car" those are just examples but again any other reason your return is subject to a 10% restocking fee, the 10% is calculated on the product price only, shipping fees are not refundable and buyer is responsible for shipping costs to ship it back to us. The 10% restocking fee is to cover our costs of operation such as inventory stocking costs, labour costs and all other services involved to get our product to your door. We will refund you minus shipping and minus 10% restocking fee.

Returns that are not accepted
No returns on special order parts.

Any product that has been tampered with or modified in any way.

Any product that has been installed cannot be returned.

No returns accepted for installed Exhaust System and Parts. We cannot accept any returns on exhaust systems if they have been installed, there's no exception to this rule unless that it falls in one of the reasons described above i.e. defective, wrong part, non-fitment. We try our best to describe exhaust sound, sound is subjective, some exhausts we sell have sound clips for your reference some don't.

How to proceed for a return?
For any return you must contact us first by e-mail for authorization, any returns that have not been authorized by us will simply be refused when the courier or postal service attempts to deliver it. Once authorized we will send you additional details on how to proceed with the return.

Accepted forms of payment
You will have the option to pay with a credit card Visa or MasterCard (we only accept Visa or MasterCard), PayPal or Money Order, the money order option is only applicable for US & Canadian orders (not available for International orders).
We collect all data on a secure server, we process credit card orders manually it gives us the opportunity to review the order before charging your credit card to make sure everything is fine. Once your card has been processed all sensitive data such as credit card numbers are immediately deleted, we do not keep any credit card numbers on file.
If you pay your order with a credit card, the charge will show as "Maxspeed-Motorsports" on your credit card statement.

Note about billing address and shipping address. If you require a different ship to address and the shopping cart won't allow you to do so please include that address in the message box during checkout.

Note for USA and International Customers (except Canada) paying with a Credit Card
Please note that we are based out of Laval, Qc Canada , credit card companies consider that any charges to your credit card that are processed by a merchant that is not in your country is considered a “foreign country”, that being said we have been notified by some customers that some credit card companies charge a "convenience fee" , again this has been reported to us by some customers who taught that the "convenience fee" was a charge that we added to the order, we do not charge any surcharge or any other fee other then the purchase price of your goods + the shipping fee, any other fees are charged by your credit card company, in addition we send you the official invoice by e-mail once your order is processed showing no other fees have been charged by us. To read more about "convenience fee" please click here. In our opinion this is just another way credit card companies find a way to make more money off consumers. If you do notice a charge we encourage you to call your credit card company and complain they usually reverse the fee. Again we would like to mention this again, it has been brought to our attention 2 or 3 times and the "convenience fee" was between 5 to 10 dollars.

Our pricing policy.
From time to time we may be running a promotion on a certain product, if there should be a price decrease or any other incentive during that promotion you are not entitled to any monies difference or any incentive if you have purchased your product prior to our promotion. Maxspeed-Motorsports also maintains an eBay account (www.ebaymotors.com) pricing of our parts on the ebaymotors.com website are normally higher due to operation costs on ebaymotors.com, if you have purchased a product on eBay you are not entitled to any refund for the difference in pricing if any.

No sales tax for USA customers and R.O.W customers.

For USA Customers who have a shipping address in the USA will not incur any custom duties or any brokerage fees. There are no additional fees when you order from Maxspeed-Motorsports.com In other words you only pay the price of the item plus the shipping fee.

For international Customers (outside the USA and Canada) please check with your local tax officials for possible custom duty taxes that you may incur when importing goods from another country. We are not responsible for any custom duties or brokerage fees charged by the courrier company.

Warranty policy for all products sold by Maxspeed-Motorsports with the exception of NHP Exhaust Products.

All Maxspeed-Motorsports products are offered with a warranty against manufacturers defects. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, if service is required under warranty Maxspeed-Motorsports will inspect the defective part, after inspection we will repair or replace it with a new part if a repair is not possible. If replacement is necessary and the part is discontinued we will offer you a credit of equal value towards another product of your choice.
Shipping to us is your responsibility we do not cover shipping fees for products being sent to us for inspection, repair or replacement. In return we will cover shipping fees to ship your product back to you.

Warranty policy for NHP Exhaust Products

All NHP Exhaust products include a 3-Year Warranty , this warranty covers all manufacturers defect such as welds, piping structure, flanges, catalytic cartridge. Any product that has been tampered with or modified will void the warranty.Shipping to us is your responsibility we do not cover shipping fees for products being sent to us for inspection, repair or replacement. In return we will cover shipping fees to ship your product back to you.

Important Notice, it is your responsability to keep your proof of purchase for a warranty claim. We will need a proof of purchase for any warranty claim.

How we ship ?

FEDEX GROUND. All FEDEX ground shipments leave the next business day. For example if you purchase the item on a Monday it will be picked up on the following day (Tuesday) Fedex Ground always do ground pickups the next business day.

FEDEX OVERNIGHT AND 2ND DAY. We offer daily shipping for Fedex Overnight and 2nd Day, your order will be shipped from our Laval, Quebec, Canada warehouse.

Canada Post . Normally smaller items that have shipping fees under $14.95 will ship daily via Canada Post and be deliverd by USPS, these types of shipments ship daily.

We occasionally ship via USPS.

For AK, PR, HI. We can ship via Fedex or with Canada Post.

For APO (military address). We can ship via Canada Post only.

For P.O Box . We can ship via Canada Post only.

For International Customers (Except canada)

We ship via FEDEX Economy only.

how it works?

The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping fee listed on the product page, once you submit your order we will revise it and asjust shipping charges. if you pay with a credit card we will charge the card with the combined shipping fees, if paying by paypal since paypal is an automatic payment it will submit the payment to us with all shipping charges together we will then issue a refund of the difference to your paypal account.
