		Terms & Conditions Return Policy If something should go wrong we strongly encourage you to contact us with your concerns or problem and we will do everything to try and fix the situation for you. We allow a 7 day period after receipt of your product to return it. We will accept your return under the conditions outlined below: Product significantly not as described i.e. wrong color, wrong part. In such case we will send you the correct part, and cover shipping fees , no cash refunds . If at the time of replacement we are out of stock you are entitled to a full refund. Manufacturer Product imperfection. In such case we will replace your part, and cover shipping fees, no cash refunds . If at the time of replacement we are out of stock you are entitled to a full refund. You're electric powered Product not working, dead on arrival. In such case we will replace your part, and cover shipping fees, no cash refunds . If at the time of replacement we are out of stock you are entitled to a full refund. Product not fitting for model we advertised it for. In this case we will refund your purchase and cover shipping fees. If you made a mistake with your order. We will replace it with the correct item, you must pay shipping both ways. For all other reasons. Your return is subject to a 20% restocking fee, the 20% restocking fee is to cover our costs involved to stock these products, and to cover our labor costs. Returns that are not accepted No returns on special order parts. Any product that has been tampered with, or modified in anyway is not covered under our return policy. No returns are accepted on MAF Sensors unless the MAF is defective. If you believe that the MAF is defective or your Tech confirms a faulty MAF you must e-mail us with symptoms or report of defective MAF. The reason for this policy is simply to avoid that our MAF sensors are used to troubleshoot or diagnose a problem, many techs do not diagnose properly thus using our MAF sensors as test parts and than return them when they figure out that its not the MAF Sensor. All auto parts stores including OEM dealers do not accept any returns on MAF`s we have the same policy here. No returns accepted for installed Exhaust System and Parts. We cannot accept any returns on exhaust systems if they have been installed, there's no exception to this rule unless that it falls in one of the reasons described above i.e. defective, wrong part, non-fitment. We try our best to describe exhaust sound, sound is subjective, some exhausts we sell have sound clips for your reference some don't. HOW TO PROCEED WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT For any return you must contact us first by e-mail for authorization, any returns that have not been authorized by US will simply be refused when the courier or postal service attempts to deliver it. Once your return has been authorized you will need to download and fill out our Return Form and include it with your return, if you don't include this form this will cause major delays. Maxspeed-Motorsports.com is not structured to attract children. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 18 years of age. Any financial information we receive to process credit card payments is solely used for payment purposes, once Maxspeed-Motorsports has been paid for its products or service we destroy and delete such information from our secure server. Payments Accepted forms of payment are by Credit Card Visa or MasterCard, PayPal, Money Order and Cashier's Check. To pay with a credit card you can use our secure shopping cart or call to place your order. To pay via PayPal you can use our shopping cart and use the PayPal option on checkout. To pay with a money order or cashier's check use our shopping cart, at checkout use the money order/cashier's check option and send your order with your payment by mail. Sales Tax/VAT/Duties For USA Customers. We do not collect sales tax for USA based customers since that we are registered as a Canadian company. There are no duties for USA based customers because our products ship from the USA, We handle all custom charges and duties (if any) for you at no extra cost. For Canadian Customers. We are a Canadian based company, by law we must collect Canadian Sales tax. Sales tax is applicable to all purchases made through this website. For Quebec residents a 5% GST and 7.5% PST sales tax, NOVA SCOTIA, NEW BRUNSWICK, NEWFOUDLAND & LABRADOR : 13% HST for the rest of Canada 5% GST . For International Customers, your purchase may be subject to VAT or Duties, VAT or Duties are not included, you must pay any applicable VAT or Duties to your local custom officials, for rates please inquire through your local customs office. We are not responsible for any VAT or Duties you must pay to collect your order from your local customs officials. Shipping For USA and International customers we ship via UPS Ground or USPS. All shipments ship from Champlain, NY zip 12919. We ship a minimum of 3 times a week normally Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Occasionally we do ship on Tuesday and Thursday depending on our shipping volume that given week. Once your product ships you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. All shipments include insurance against loss or damage, shipments with a value of $250 or more require signature on delivery. If your order is paid with a credit card we ship to the billing address only. For Canadian customers we ship via Canada Post or UPS. All shipments ship from Montreal, QC postal code H1Z 1B5. We ship a minimum of 3 times a week normally Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Occasionally we do ship on Tuesday and Thursday depending on our shipping volume that given week. All shipments include insurance against loss or damage, shipments with a value of $250 or more require signature on delivery. If your order is paid with a credit card we ship to the billing address only. Shipping prices when using our shopping cart are intended for USA and Canadian Customers only, all International Customers must inquire for a shipping quote or we will charge the correct amount by default, shipping charges are higher for International customers. Warranty All Maxspeed-Motorsports products are offered with a warranty against manufacturers defects. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, if service is required under warranty Maxspeed-Motorsports will inspect the defective part, after inspection we will repair or replace it with a new part if a repair is not possible. If replacement is necessary and the part is discontinued we will offer you a credit of equal value towards another product of your choice. Shipping to us is your responsibility we do not cover shipping fees for products being sent to us for inspection, repair or replacement. In return we will cover shipping fees to ship your product back to you. Important Notice, some of our products require registration via our website for the warranty coverage it is important that you register your product for the warranty to be valid, all products that require registration will be accompanied by a warranty card that will walk you through it.
