Our return rate is less than 1% this exceeds industry standards, at Maxspeed-Motorsports we are committed to deliver quality products to you however we do understand that you may wish to return your item for whatever reason. Remember you have a 14 Day window. Now because we have an awesome return policy be nice, if your expectations have not been met simply return it. Aggressive behavior or foul language will get you nowhere and we mean nowhere in other words we reserve the right to refuse a return from customers who show aggressive behavior or use foul language.

You have 14 days from your purchased date to return your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
YOU MUST CONTACT US BY E-MAIL FIRST FOR TO AUTHORIZE YOUR RETURN
RETURNS ACCEPTED WE PAY SHIPPING BOTH WAYS.
If we have made an error with your shipment (i.e wrong part) or if you have installed your part (i.e part defective) or the item is not significantly not as described we have absolutely no problem to replace your part but you must first return the part to us we will provide you with a return label at zero cost to you, but once again you must return the part to us first, if you choose to receive a replacement before returning the part to us you will need to pay for the part and once we receive the return we will be happy to refund your money. Unfortunately these are situations we try to avoid by checking everything prior to shipment but due to certain circumstances that are out of our control sometimes mistakes or problems can occur with a shipment and we take full responsibility for our mistakes if any. So once again if you decide to wait for a replacement without sending the defective or wrong part you must pay for it first. We will pay for shipping both ways by providing you with a return label.

It's ok if you change your mind, if you decide to return your product you must pay shipping for shipping it back to us, remember to use a trackable service and to protect your shipment by purchasing insurance against loss or damage package, it's your responsability to make sure that we receive the product back, the best way is to obtain a tracking number so you can prove shipment was delivered , any damaged goods in transit will not be refunded that is why it's important to purchase insurance to protect your shipment.
You will get a refund for the price of the part only , shipping is not refundable, a restocking fee of 15% will apply to all items under $500.00 for items over $500.01 up to $1000.00 a 12.5% restocking fee will apply, for items over $1000.01 a 10% Restocking will apply.

We have many expenses when stocking products in our warehouse this includes our daily operational costs and our employees, if you have a change of mind you must bear the responsibility of the costs associated with that.

ORDERS CANCELLED BY CUSTOMER PRIOR TO SHIPMENT
If you ordered a product and you decide to cancel the order prior to shipment you are subject to the merchant fees we have been charged to process your transaction. Our merchant processor is PayPal and they don't refund any of the merchant fees even for a cancellation. You are entitled to get your money back minus the merchant fees we have been charged by PayPal. Since you "The Customer" has decided to cancel the order the merchant fees we have been charged are not refundable.
