Insured Shipping
All shipments are automatically insured and will be included in the shipping price, rule of the thumb is $1.00 per $100 value that's what most carriers will charge, by doing so we protect you against loss or damage of your package and we protect ourselves as well.
If an item is Damaged upon arrival, you must immediately contact us so we can file a Claim, we handle the claim and we will send a replacement immediately. We will send your replacement the same way it was originally ordered, if your shipping method was FeDex Ground, we will re-ship FeDex Ground, any upgrades you must pay for it.
If an item is lost you must wait for the Postal Service or Courier Company to conclude their research before we ship you a replacement, many times the package ends up showing up. Once again you must wait. If you can't wait, you can purchase your item again and we will refund you once the Postal or Courier company confirms the lost package.
For Lost items, we will not ship via Express or Overnight to make up for loss of time, it's not our responsibility to deliver a package its the Postal Service or Courier. We will ship the same method you originally opted for.
SIgnature Required
If you complete your Purchase via your PayPal Account (PAYING AND LOGGING INTO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE THE PAYMENT) we must request a signature for any Purchase above $750 (Includes Shipping Fee and Taxes if any) . There is no exception to this rule.
If you pay via your Credit Card through PayPal without logging into a Paypal Account, or you call in your order a signature will be required for any shipment we feel a signature is necessary (Generally above $250) .
SIGNATURE WAIVER If you pay via your Credit Card through PayPal, or you call in your order (Orders above $250) and you wish to have your purchase delivered with NO SIGNATURE you must send us a Signed Letter via e-mail requesting no signature with the following: Date, Signature, Order Number and that you will not hold Maxspeed-Motorsports responsible for a package that shows 'DELIVERED" even if you didn't sign for it.

All Items under $250 will not require a signature, unless specified by customer.

Some exceptions are items that clearly state on the product description delays or other message affecting shipping times.

All USPS Shipments have no Guaranteed Delivery Dates with the Exception of USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS. Unless you choose USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS we have no control over delivery times and we won't be held responsible for delivery times. If you need to make a complaint you don't call us, you call USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777

USPS SHIPMENTS THAT SHOW "DELIVERED" or "DELIVERED AT MAILBOX"
If you choose USPS as your delivery service, any item that doesn't require a signature (See Above for more info on Signatures) if your package shows "Delivered" or "Delivered in Mailbox" and you claim non-receipt you must call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 and sort that out with them. We will not call for you to address it, and we will not replace or refund you, once it shows as delivered there's nothing we can do about it.

If your package gets lost during transit, you must allow time for the Shipping Company to trace and find the package, once they confirm a lost package we will re-ship you a replacement, if for any reason you can't wait , you can either CANCEL your order and we will refund you once the shipping company confirms a loss package, or if you still want a replacement but can't wait you must pay for the replacement and we will refund you once the shipping company confirms the lost package.
