Porsche 991 GT3 NHP 200 Cells Exhaust Header
NHP Exhaust has developed these amazing exhaust headers with our EU5 200 Cells Catalytic Converters, being EU5 these will not trigger a CEL , made of T304 Stainless Steel the craftsmanship is phenomenal, quality welds, mandrel bend piping , 2 “ equal length primary tubes, cast flange to resist extreme high heat and to eliminate flange warping. These are direct replacement to the restrictive exhaust headers, our primary tubes do not have any flat bends like the OEM Headers. Super high quality these weigh in at 13lbs each but they will sustain the abuse you bring at them.
Usage: For daily driver and occasional track use (Beginners).

Mounting hardware on engine side and muffler side
The mounting bolts on the engine side are specialty bolts that have a specific length and a strong grade, we recommend replacement if these bolts have been there for a long time or have seen a lot of mileage the bolts may be to stress to reuse and properly torque. If your car is fairly new and has under 20K miles your bolts may be re-used.
Porsche uses metal gaskets these are in our opinion the best gaskets, they don't break and can be reused several times. In fact since that they are made out of steel we rarely replace gaskets for our in house exhaust installation unless damaged, however it is recommended by all service manuals to always replace gaskets. We recommend these be ordered at your local Porsche Dealer.

Please note that when installing High Performance Catalytic Converters there is a possibility that you may get a “Check Engine Light” for Catalytic Converter Inefficiency or other Catalytic Converter related error codes. This may or may not happen, this is due to lowering the Cell Count of the catalytic cartridge, in other words we need to work with the same surface area with a lower cell count, most OEM Catalytic Converters will have 600 to 800 Cells per square inch, High Performance Catalytic Converters are only 200 Cells per square inch. If you get a check engine light it’s not because the product is defective but it’s the ECU picking up the difference and relating those error messages.
There are several ways to deal with this.
Most Efficient is the Flash the ECU with performance software, make sure to tell your tuner that you have 200 Cell Cats. This is the most expensive and most efficient.
Use 02 Bungs, many have been successful by using 02 Bungs however this is not 100% Bullet Proof.
Purchase OBD2 Scanner, read your codes and erase them. For those of you who are not annoyed by the use of a scanner on a weekly basis this is the cheapest solution.
