This exhaust will fit all Cayman Models between 2006-2008 and all Boxster Models years 2005-2008.
NHP has developed a simple and straight forward exhaust system made of high quality 304 stainless steel and exceptional welds this exhaust will give you years and years of service not to mention the beautiful exhaust note it produces. Simple installation without any modifications required, gaskets and hardware included. Both mufflers L+R weigh in at 18lbs total.
This exhaust is designed as a free flowing exhaust system, this deletes the secondary catalytic converters found in the factory exhaust system. This straight bolt-on exhaust should fetch you approx 10HP. This exhaust will give your 987 a throatier and deeper exhaust note.
Due to the design of this exhaust and deletion of the second set of cats slight cabin drone is to be expected in the typical 2500-3200 RPM, for a Cayman owner this slight cabin drone is nothing excessive and easy to adapt and typical for most aftermarket exhaust on a scale of 1 to 10 we rate this a 3/10. For Boxster owner's due to the car being a soft top you have to expect more cabin drone on a scale of 1 to 10 this is a 5/10 which is ok for those who like the "aggressive type" exhaust.
