Made entirely of T-304 Stainless Steel this exhaust system has been designed with most of the features a 997 Turbo owner could look for.

The weight of this exhaust system is 46lbs vs 49lbs for the factory exhaust system, 3lbs is less than 10% weight reduction however in order to maintain cabin drone at the lowest levels we have fabricated this exhaust with high quality Stainless Steel which explains the small weight reduction.
This exhaust is a true 70mm piping exhaust system including the exhaust tips outlets therefore making it a true 70mm all around, some other exhaust systems out there offer 70mm piping but when it comes to the exhaust outlet they revert back to factory 60mm size restricting the exhaust outlet . For this reason you cannot use your factory tips and must use our supplied 70mm Quad Tips. Our quad tips feature 3.5 Inch diameter for a true sportier look, the quads tips are fully functional as 4 outlets. We use high quality 200 Cells Three way Catalytic Converters with metallic substrate coated with precious metals ((Pd,Pt,Rh) they are also EURO 4 for European emission standards. This exhaust features mandrel bend piping, straight through piping for maximum exhaust flow.
About the exhaust sound
This exhaust will deliver a sportier throughout the whole RPM range and improve performance and rumble a little more at idle and during city driving. Typical HP gains with 200 cells and straight through piping mufflers will fetch approx 25+ HP we highly recommend installing a BMC Air Filter and a Softronic ECU Flash for maximum performance.
This exhaust needs to be installed by an experienced technician or an experienced DIY weekend mechanic, installation of the NHP exhaust does not require bumper removal but bumper removal will facilitate the installation. We offer full support on the installation of this exhaust. We have made a set of installation instructions please have your technician review them prior to installation. Installation time including removal of stock exhaust is approx 4 hours.

Our High Performance Exhaust with sports catalytic converters are built and meant for off-road purposes.
Our Exhaust Products “Lifetime Warranty” does not cover catalytic converter error codes.
Please note that when installing High Performance Catalytic Converters there is a possibility that you may get a “Check Engine Light” for Catalytic Converter Inefficiency or other Catalytic Converter related error codes. This may or may not happen, this is due to lowering the Cell Count of the catalytic cartridge, in other words we need to work with the same surface area with a lower cell count, most OEM Catalytic Converters will have 600 to 800 Cells per square inch, High Performance Catalytic Converters are only 200 Cells per square inch. If you get a check engine light it’s not because the product is defective but it’s the ECU picking up the difference and relating those error messages.
There are several ways to deal with this.
Most Efficient is the Flash the ECU with performance software, make sure to tell your tuner that you have 200 Cell Cats. This is the most expensive and most efficient.
Use 02 Bungs, many have been successful by using 02 Bungs however this is not 100% Bullet Proof.
Purchase OBD2 Scanner, read your codes and erase them. For those of you who are not annoyed by the use of a scanner on a weekly basis this is the cheapest solution.
