WHAT'S INCLUDED: NHP Center Muffler (Must re-use factory sleeve clamps)
There are two versions of this center exhaust for the 991.
We have the version that will fit all NON-PSE Cars so if your Porsche 991 does not have the exhaust button on the center console you have the NON-PSE Exhaust.
We also have the PSE Exhaust version which means that your car came equipped with the exhaust button on the center console.

For PSE Cars this is a direct replacement, only an extension of the vacuum lines are necessary and the hardware is included to extend the vacuum line, you will then operate the car as usual and your buttons will control the exhaust as they previously did on your PSE Exhaust.
For those of you who have the regular version exhaust (Non-PSE) you can install this center exhaust and you will be able to control it via our wireless key fob or with a simple ON/OFF Toggle switch. If you chose to go with the toggle switch this switch can be zip tied underneath the driver's dashboard or any other location of your choice.
For those of you who have the regular exhaust and wish to have the factory Center Console Exhaust button just like a factory PSE car that could be done but will require the replacement of the center console module and some programming from the Porsche Dealer or from any independent shop that has a Porsche Factory Piwis Scanner. This is of course the preferred setup for Non-PSE car as you will be able to control the exhaust via the Porsche factory exhaust button. We can provide you with this setup .

In our opinion the Porsche 991 can use some help in the exhaust department, if you want to hear more pops and burps this is your ticket to achieve an amazing exhaust note. For those of you who have the 991 with PSE Sport Exhaust I'm sure you enjoy your exhaust note but imagine that amplified a little more , the PSE is missing just that much to make it an amazing sounding exhaust. For those with Non-PSE exhaust this will be a dream exhaust sound for your 991 the factory exhaust note just doesn't cut it.
How its designed....The exhaust flow from the headers enter a 2.75" pipe that leads to resonators and converts to a 2.5" pipe at the X-Pipe , the X-Pipe is a true X-pipe , the left pipe and right pipe join together and the X is created with openings between both pipes . The Valves we use are vacuum actuated and of very high quality, we also use High Quality SS-304 thick 14 gauge Stainless Steel to eliminate possibilities of cabin drone. This pipe should easily increase HP to 10HP+ .
