Our NHP Catless Mid-Pipes will fit all Boxster 986 Models. These Mid-Pipes delete the factory catalytic converters, this improves exhaust flow and give the Boxster a more aggressive sounding exhaust.

For the 00-04 2.7L/3.2L Boxster , these Mid-Pipes delete the secondary catalytic converters, but this will not affect the ecu since that the secondary cats are not monitored by the ECU.

Designed to replace the restrictive factory Catalytic Converters Mid-Pipes on the 1997-1999 Porsche Boxster 2.5L. These Mid-Pipes will eliminate your set of Catalytic Converters improving exhaust flow. Unless your ECU is flased with performance software installing these will trigger a check engine light since that no catalytic converters are present on the NHP Mid-Pipes.
IMPORTANT For the 2.5L Boxster these can’t be installed with the factory headers, in other words you must have NHP headers for these to fit
Made of T-304 Stainless Steel with the exception of the flange which is made of steel , mandrel bend piping, 50mm (2inch) piping diameter and Heat Shields to protect surrounding parts from heat. The heat shields are secured with clamps this method avoids heat shield rattling compared to when they are welded. The factory mid-pipes have a 40mm piping diameter the NHP Mid-Pipes have a 50mm diameter resulting in a much better exhaust flow, in addition these will also save you 8lbs in weight. Our Mid-Pipes quality and fitment is superior vs. the competition, we have the correct shape and bending, they aren't simply bent in L shape they follow the factory bending.
2.7L/3.2L Boxster
Designed to replace the restrictive factory Catalytic Converters Mid-Pipes on the 2000-2004 Porsche Boxster 2.7L and Boxster S 3.2L. These Mid-Pipes will eliminate your second set of Catalytic Converters improving exhaust flow, the ECU will get it's reading from the 1st set of Catalytic Converters located on your Exhaust Headers , no check engine light issues.
For the 2.7L/3.2L Boxster these can be installed with the factory headers and muffler, in other words you can retain your factory headers and muffler.

About Installation
Gaskets and Hardware are included, no extra parts are needed to install these. Also note the welded bracket with 2 holes on each pipe, those are optional support brackets, please refer to installation instructions for more details.

The NHP Exhaust Headers are a huge improvement over the stock headers, 42mm primary piping that joins into a racing merger collector and exits via a 53mm exit pipe. Made of T-304 Stainless Steel smooth mandrel bends, perfect welds, stainless steel flanges. Our merge collector is welded to the exit pipe and not overlapped on the exit pipe like most other headers out there. Read More below....

Designed to replace the highly restrictive factory headers, these headers will fit without any modifications, the headers include all gaskets and hardware needed to install them. With the mandrel bend primary piping increased to 42mm it allows for more exhaust flow before entering the Tri-Metal 200 cells Sport Catalytic Converters coated with rodhium/palladium/platinum , our Catalytic cartridge have 200 cells per square inch instead of 600 cells per square inch, with the larger primary piping and less restrictive catalytic these headers achieve a much better exhaust flow.
